Regency House | The freedom to live life to the fullest...

Welcome to Regency House! 2013 Excellence Award
"One of Two winners in the Chattanooga area"

Beautiful life, Beautiful place

Regency House offers Assisted Living and Low-Level Memory Care in a warm, inviting setting. Assisted living is designed to keep seniors as active and independent as possible, while also providing assistance with some of the more tedious tasks of daily living. These types of facilities balance the independence and safety of many aging seniors that are no longer suited to live alone, but are far from living in a nursing home.

Regency House is located in the heart of Hixson, Tennessee. Directly across from Memorial North Park Hospital, our prime location makes us ideal for easy transportation to medical appointments, as well as social outings. We are minutes from the Northgate mall and numerous other shopping and social gathering places.

The preferred assisted living lifestyle community

activities and social programs are important...

We recognize that as individuals age the need for physical and social interactions grow. Physical activity helps maintain muscle mass and makes daily living easier, while social interactions and activities help keep the mind keen and agile.

Our full time activity department strives to keep our residents active and entertained. We plan shopping trips, have live entertainment, and have a whole host of in-house games, crafts, and various other activities. We have an “It’s Never 2 Late” computer program that has memory games, old commercials and T.V. shows, exercise programs, and radio stations to keep the residents engaged. This system also allows for Skype conversations with loved ones down the road or across the country. Google earth allows for trips down memory lane with street level satellite images of your loved ones old stomping grounds.

We invite you to come tour our community to see if we are the right choice for you or your loved one. We’ll even treat you to lunch!
